Description

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE � - Pursuant to FAR 5.203(a), The Department of Defense (DOD), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, (WHS/AD) on behalf of the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed priced contract to Azimuth Corporation, 4027 Colonel, Glenn Hwy STE 230 Beavercreek OH 45431-1695. The current contract ends on November 25th, 2021. The period of performance is estimated to be for one-six-month base period. The anticipated period of performance is 26 September 2021 to 25 March 2022. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), ""Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."" The contract is intended to meet the requirement to continue Insider Threat Unit (InTU) support services. The NAICS code utilized for this procurement is 541611 � �Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services.� This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.
