Description: In accordance with Technical Instruction NAVAIR 13-1-6.5 for Rescue and Survival Equipment a Supplemental Emergency Breathing Devices (SEBD) �SEBD shall be carried by all helicopter, tiltrotor, E-2, and C-2 aircrew and passengers during overwater flight. NSW and tenant commands utilize the Aqualung Survival Egress Air (SEA) LV2 emergency breathing device for this requirement.
