Description

THIS IS A SINGLE SOURCE SYNOPSIS!� The 45th Contracting Squadron at Patrick Space Force Base (PSFB) has a single source requirement to purchase antenna cables for the frequency control analysis (FCA) vehicles with a delivery date of 8 weeks from date of award. The specific frequency control analysis (FCA) vehicle antenna cables are listed below. This is a single source for frequency control analysis (FCA) vehicle antenna cables in accordance with (IAW) FAR13.106-1(b)(1). As required IAW FAR 5.207(c)(15) MegaPhase, LLC. is the only source capable of fulfilling the government�s requirement for frequency control analysis (FCA) vehicle antenna cables. The cost of fulfilling this requirement of providing the frequency control analysis (FCA) vehicle antenna cables with another source other than MegaPhase, INC. is considered a substantial duplication of cost for the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A). Furthermore, the frequency control analysis (FCA) vehicles were designed to stay in the same cables and the frequency control analysis (FCA) vehicles have had MegaPhase LLC. cables for the past 10 years. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334515 � Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electric Signals. As required IAW FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 7 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/PKBA has determined that MegaPhase LLC. is the only source capable of providing this requirement.� Phone calls will not be accepted.
