- This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items is prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside.� The solicitation number for this request for quotations (RFQ) is W913E520Q0035. The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 511210 Software Publishers, which has a size standard of $41.5M. The Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC), Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) seeks to update yearly software maintenance for existing POSPac MMS software maintenance licenses (SN 12246, 11032, 10508, and 11844) to allow users to upgrade to the latest version of POSPac MMS. The brand name POSPac is required. The period of performance should be for a minimum of 3 years, preferably 5 years and provide yearly maintenance.� A breakout of needed actions by year:� BASE YEAR: Yearly software maintenance for POSPac software (SN 12246, 11032, 10508, and 11844) OPTION YEAR 1: Yearly software maintenance for POSPac software (SN 12246, 11032, 10508, and 11844) OPTION YEAR 2: Yearly software maintenance for POSPac software (SN 12246, 11032, 10508, and 11844) OPTION YEAR 3: Yearly software maintenance for POSPac software (SN 12246, 11032, 10508, and 11844) OPTION YEAR 4: Yearly software maintenance for POSPac software (SN 12246, 11032, 10508, and 11844) Quotes should cover maintenance and include all bug fixes, service packs, software upgrades when-and-if-available and help desk support. Please reference the attached RFQ for the full Description of Requirement, instructions to offerors, as well as all applicable provisions and clauses. The following factors will be used to evaluate offers: Ability to provide the required BRAND NAME items meeting all technical specifications, past performance, and price. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value to the Government, in consideration of all factors. The basis for award will be an acceptable quote, the price of which may not be the lowest. FOB Destination to ERDC-CRREL in Hanover, NH� 03755.
