Description

Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Atlantic intends to sole source a contract to LRP Publications, Inc. (360 Hiatt Dr. Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33418-7106), for the commercial purchase of cyberFEDS� on the Web subscriptions (General Services Administration - GSA), Workers� Compensation on cyberFEDS� subscriptions (open market), and access to Manager Advantage by cyberFEDS� (open market). The contract term will be for one year.� Only one responsible source is able to provide the type of service that will satisfy the agency requirements.� This sole source acquisition meets the conditions of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) and is not a request for competitive quotes; however, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements should contact Alex Cloud at thomas.a.cloud3.civ@us.navy.mil. �Information received as a result of this notice will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement and will be at the sole discretion of the Contracting Officer.� If no written responses are received by 2:00 PM ET, 14�September 2021, the contract will be awarded without further notice.� The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 519130, Internet Publishing and Broadcasting and Web Search Portals, and the SBA size standard is 1,000 employees.� This synopsis is for notification purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation for bids or proposals.� Please contact Alex Cloud at thomas.a.cloud3.civ@us.navy.mil if more information is needed.
