RFQ# 36C26221Q1302 VETERANS HEALTH ADMINISTRATION GREATER LOS ANGELES HEATLHCARE SYSTEM (VHAGLA): Mannington Luxury Vinyl Tile This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies/services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. The combined synopsis/solicitation is set-aside for eligible SDVOSB vendors under NAICS Code 238330 or related to. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and another written solicitation will not be issued. The Veterans Health Administration Los Angeles Healthcare System (VHAGLA) has a requirement for the acquisition of Brand Name Mannington Luxury Vinyl Tile. This requirement includes a brand name specification at a high-quality threshold while integrating excellent environmental stewardship. The successful contractor shall furnish all materials/service to and at the VHA Greater Los Angeles Facility. PLACE OF PERFORMANCE Department of Veterans Affairs Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System: 11301 Wilshire Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90073 INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE The VA technical Point of Contact Interior Designer at VHAGLA is responsible for performing inspections necessary to substantiate that the Items delivered provided under this contract adhere to the contract terms and conditions. Any issues that may arise during the period of performance the vendor must notify the Interior Designer and the Contracting Officer. The below solicitation provisions apply to this acquisition In Accordance with FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items.
