- Regional Procurement Office (RPO) - East intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with ThunderCat Technology, LLC, 1925 Isaac Newton Square, Ste 180, Reston, VA, 20190-5030 to purchase Mercury GPU servers for VA Boston Healthcare System Jamaica Plain Division. Acquisition of this equipment is in continued development of the capabilities for analytical support for research and clinical requirements to process high numbers of data sets using complex statistical analysis. Although the servers may be obtained through other vendors, ThunderCat Technology has unique history and knowledge of the current capabilities due to extensive involvement and development of the TRACTS/NeRVe Center s scientific capabilities for storage, access, analysis, back up, and networking over the past five years.
