- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of NSN 4330-01-492-6796. Only products made by the approved sources, Cummins Inc. (15434), Cummins Filtration (33457), Cummins Power Generation (44940), Champion Laboratories, Inc. (50284), Fleetguard (1DL99), and Advantage West Investment Enterprises (5ABR1), will be considered for this award. The FSC of this requirement is 4330. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract for one 2-year base years with 2 one year option years is anticipated. The total duration base plus option years shall not exceed 4 years. Solicitation will be a small business set aside acquisition. The solicitation will be available on or about September 16, 2021 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ Hard copies are not available.� Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. As per the requirements of this NSN, Inspection/acceptance at destination and FOB at origin are required.� All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
