- The 355th Contracting Squadron intends to issue a Sole Source procurement action with Sierra Nevada Corporation for the procurement of the following items: The Contractor shall provide the following: CLIN 0001: SNC TRAX� v2.0 Annual Support Qty: 1 U/I: EA CLIN 0002: SNC TRAX� Module Upgrade (JREAP-A) Qty: 1 U/I: EA CLIN 0003: SNC TRAX� Annual Support Fee � Module Upgrade (JREAP-A) Qty: 1 U/I: EA This requirement is accomplished in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b) - �Soliciting from a single source�. Sierra Nevada Corporation is the original software publisher for the SNC TRAX� License Module Upgrade Annual Support product. Sierra Nevada Corporation has confirmed that there are no authorized distributors or third party providers for this software and support. This is a notice of intent to award a Sole Source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Firms who want to challenge this Sole Source action must submit an interest letter that demonstrates your firm�s technical expertise, certifications and authorization to compete for this acquisition as an authorized provider for this equipment.� Interested parties must provide rationale as to why they should be considered.� All interested firms must respond by Friday, 17 September 2021 at 10:00 AM PST to Contracting Officer, Rachelle Jenkins at email rachelle.jenkins.3@us.af.mil or phone (520) 228-2213. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� The 355th Contracting Office will not reimburse for any costs connected with providing the capability information.
