- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE�� This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring dissemination of information for the purposed contract actions. The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron, Cannon AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source firm fixed price contract to Technologies for Tomorrow, INC. CAGE: 00SR0 2320 Lakeview Drive� Amarillo, TX 79109, United States. Delivery is 12 weeks�after�contract award. This purchase will be made under FAR Part 12 commercial procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b)(2). �The product needed by the Government is available from only one responsible source and no other type of product will satisfy the needs to the agency. Please note that this is�not�a request for quotes/proposals. However, all responsible sources who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to meet the requirement. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. �Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this notice is 20�September 2021 at 10:00 AM (MDT).
