Description: The purpose of this requirement is to provide OEM/MFG renewal of licenses and support for existing CFEngine Software on the Primary Oceanographic Prediction System, Meteorology (POPS-MET). Maintenance for these systems is compulsory and essential to meet the operational mission of POPS-MET. CFEngine Licenses provide configuration management capabilities required for POPS-MET to provide the United States Navy with accurate meteorological and oceanographic forecasts and reports to support world-wide Fleet Operations.
