Description

The solicitation for this requirement is being posted to Unison�s market place utilizing their reverse auction tool. Website below: https://www.unisonglobal.com/product-suites/acquisition/marketplace/ All bids must be submitted through Unison�s reverse auction tool. The Contracting Department, Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, VA, 23511-3392 intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for procurement of Aruba hardware/software maintenance support utilizing procedures under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, University System of Maryland. The authority for use of other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� Anticipated posting of solicitation # N0018921Q0399 to beta.sam.gov on or around 22 September 2021. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 334111.� The size standard is 1,250 employees. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.� This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� However, all bids, proposals, or quotations received by the closing response date will be considered by the Government.� A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.� Please direct all questions regarding this requirement to David W.
