Description

The purpose of this amendment is to provide questions and answers: Q1. Are you requesting laser marking as well for the solicitation 36C25721Q1387? A1. No, laser marking is completed by the VA. Q2. Is laser marking of new or existing instruments covered under the contract? A2. No, laser marking is completed by the VA. Q3. How many days are anticipated for each quarterly visit? A3. This would be determined by the vendor, we do not determine how many the vendor can accomplish. Q4. What has been the typical off-site volume in the past annually? From the instrument list it appears most if not all items are repairable on-site. A4. In 2019 we sent 90 instruments for repairs, 2020 22 instruments, and so far this year we have sent 52.
