The NY ARNG is requesting meals delivery/ drop off�on the following days;� Order #1 Delivery/ drop off�Date 14OCT2021,� DINNER MENU DAY 4,��QTY 443 meals Order #2 Delivery/ drop off Date 15OCT2021,� DINNER MENU DAY 9, �QTY 443 meals Order #3 Delivery/ drop off Date 16OCT2021,� DINNER MENU DAY 6,� �QTY 443 meals All meals will be IAW NYARNG 21 Day Meal. (attached) Must Include Plates, Trays and Silverware Dinner hours will be 1700-1900� *Delivery Drop off time: 1700� / (5:00 p.m.) Delivery Address is; O'Brien Readines Training Complex (ORTC) DEFAC Bldg. 50003 Ft Drum, NY 13602 All Quotes are due via email to Meghan.a.sheridan.civ@mail.mil by 6 OCT 2021, 9:00 a.m. Eastern time. Partial quotes and/ or late quotes will not be considered. The requirement will be awarded to the small business (registered in sam.gov) that can fulfill all three dinners and adhere to the delivery dates at the lowest price.� The awardee will invoice in the WAWF system.
