- This procurement is being solicited unrestricted. Solicitation SPE300-21-R-X024 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Bakery (Doughnut)�items, all fully competitive, on contract(s) for various Department of Defense (""DoD"") customers in Norfolk, Virginia. Contract performance is expected to be from December 5, 2021 through December 2, 2023. The solicitation contains one group: Group 1: Norfolk Ships The resultant award will be issued as a firm-fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) not to exceed 2 years or $250,000.00 aggregate value, whichever occurs first. Prices quoted shall remain valid and fixed for the entire period of performance. The resultant contract will be based on the lowest aggregate price. The offer must meet all terms and conditions of the solicitation. If an offerors takes any exception to the terms and conditions of the solicitation, its offer may be excluded from consideration for award. Solicitation SPE300-21-R-X024 has been issued. Offerors must email responses to the email address identified in the solicitation. Every page of the offer (which includes all 61 pages of the solicitation; the completed schedule of items spreadsheet and the delivery schedule) must be submitted and received by the designated email addresses identified in the solicitation before 3:00 pm Eastern Time of October 22, 2021. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https:dibbs.bsm.dla.mil. If not already registered, prospective offerors will be required to do so prior to viewing and downloading a copy of the solicitation. RFPs are in portable document format (PDF).
