Description

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) intends to issue a noncompetitive contract to RAD Source Technologies, Inc., 4907 Golden Parkway, Suite 400, Buford, GA, 30518-5856, (DUNS 047783811). Services will involve performing preventative service of one x-ray, model RS 2400, and components located at the CPHST California Station in Salinas, CA. RAD Source Technologies, Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer. See attached justification for other than full and open competition. The Government contemplates the award of a firm fixed-price contract consisting of a base year and two option years. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a response which shall be considered by the agency. Responses must be received no later than 2:00pm CST on November 30, 2021. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Respondents should ensure the information provided is detailed, current, accurate, and complete. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 811219 with a small business size standard of $22M.
