Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a Request for Quotation (RFQ); it is strictly a Request for Information (RFI) as defined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e).� This RFI is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a RFP or as an obligation on the part of the Government for follow-on acquisition.� Responses to this notice are not offers and will not be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.� Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.� All information received in response to this RFI that is marked as proprietary will be handled accordingly. SCOPE OF WORK The U.S. Government currently intends to award a brand name service contract for technical consultation of ProModel simulation, which is to be utilized for purposes by the United States Military Academy. The U.S. Government is canvassing potential sources for the procurement of technical consultation services of ProModel simulation software to support the Department of Systems Engineering at the United States Military Academy.� The department currently maintains access to professional licenses of the ProModel simulation software to develop computer simulations in support of the Department of Army.� The required consultations will assist analysts in extending and/or improving two currently developed simulations through ongoing research areas in support of the Army�s Future Vertical Lift (FVL) efforts. The NAICS code is 541519, Other Computer Related Services.� The PSC is DA01, IT and TELECOM � Business Application/Application Development Support Services (Labor). All responsible sources must submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.� All responsible parties that feel they can provide this service should forward their capabilities in writing to Safire.M.Pena.civ@army.mil� �Please indicate your business size (Small, Large, etc...) in your responses.� This notice will close on Thursday, December 2, 2021 at 0800 hours EST.� Please note that this is not a solicitation but a sources sought notice only.
