Description

** UPDATED INSTRUCTIONS INCLUDED IN ATTACHMENTS** The Contractor shall have and maintain throughout the period of this contract a Top-Secret Facilities Clearance.� A firm fixed price competitive contract under the Small Business 8(a) Program is anticipated. The period of performance will include a 30-day phase-in/transition period, 11-month base period, and four (4) 12- month option periods. The contract will provide for facilities maintenance and support services (FMSS)�to various buildings, activities, and equipment located on JIATFS, Truman Annex Key West, Florida. The purpose of the contract is to support the JIATFS mission by providing a comfortable working environment and safe, well-maintained buildings for occupants, users, and visitors to JIATFS.� See draft PWS for complete details.
