The purpose of this advertisement is to identify potential sources and suitable locations. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement. The Government cannot provide any warranty, expressed or implied, as to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of contents of the furnished information found within this advertisement. The Government is under no responsibility to respond to and is unable to answer any inquiries regarding this advertisement. Respondents are advised that the Government assumes no responsibility to award a lease based upon responses to this advertisement. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Illinois City: Rockford Delineated Area: Boundaries are from the Rock River on the West, approximately 1.3 miles from the Rock River to the east on Clifford Ave to E. Riverside Blvd, continue approximately 3.0 miles to the east on E Riverside Blvd to Perryville Rd, 5.4 miles to the south on Perryville Rd to Harrison Ave, approximately 6.5 miles to the west on Harrison Ave to the Rock Riv Minimum Usable Sq. Ft.: 3,000 NUSF, 4,050 RSF Maximum Usable Sq. Ft. 3,500 NUSF, 4,725 RSF Space Type: Medical/Outpatient Clinic Parking Spaces (Total): Minimum 22 Full Term: 20 Years Firm Term: 10 Years Option Term: One 10-Year Option Occupancy (Estimated): 11/30/2022 Space must be handicapped accessible, (ADA compliant), with a minimum of 22 on-site parking spaces and must also be accessible by public transportation (within 500 yards). The space must be first-floor contiguous.
