- THIS SPECIAL NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTES. This notice is for informational purposes only. The intent of this Sources Sought Notice 36C24422Q0160 is to identify any Small Businesses, mainly SDVOSB/VOSB vendors who can provide CAT6 CMP, patch cables, patch panels, and jacks. listed in the attached Statement of Work. In addition, we are also seeking any Small Business manufacturers that have the capability of providing this system as well. This is neither a solicitation nor a promise of future work. Small Business, SDVOSB, and/or VOSB manufacturers authorized distributors are encouraged to submit your company s information and capability statement in response to this Sources Sought Notice. This notice does not constitute a formal Request for Quote (RFQ), nor is the government obligated to issues an RFQ. In addition, the Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey. Potential vendors should respond with their ability to provide the supplies included in following Statement of Need: Statement of Need Upgrade Cabling for Specialty Clinics - CMCVAMC The Corporal Michael J Crecenz VA Medical Center has a new requirement for the provision of CAT6 CMP, patch cables, patch panels, and jacks. The required CAT6 wiring will be used to upgrade cabling within the medical center s speciality clinics. All provided cabling and accessories will be installed by the medical center. Contract shall deliver the following items to the medical center in accordance with the attached CLIN and Delivery Schedule: 58,500 ft CAT6 CMP (Blue) 28,500 ft Cat6 CMP (White) 308 each Cat6 Patch Cable 1 308 each Cat6 Patch Cable 7 7 each 48 Port Cat6 Patch Panel 308 each TracJack Cat6 Orange 300 each TracJack Cat6 White 4 each TracJack ICON OR-40323200 3 each TracJack ICON OR-40309100 Delivery of all items is required to be completed by December 15, 2021. Delay in delivery will negatively impact the medical center s schedule for updating the Specialty Clinic s wiring. Any delays must be discussed with the Program Point of Contact and Contracting Officer. All responses shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer no later than 11:00 p.m. on Friday, December 3, 2021.
