Description

STATEMENT OF WORK Section 1: General Scope of Work: The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to perform quarterly preventive maintenance (PM) services of two (2) York (Johnson Controls) Water Cooled Chillers and two (2) York (Johnson Controls) Air Cooled Chillers at the Chalmers P. Wylie Ambulatory Care Center (VAACC). Work to include quarterly preventive maintenance, annual comprehensive check, refrigerant analysis, vibration analysis, oil sample analysis, and all original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts. Equipment List: 610660 Chiller, Water Cooled 2 Model: YKCHCF7-CSF SN: SMRM387780 610666 Chiller, Water Cooled 1 Model: YKCHCF7-CSF SN: SMRM387890 610737 Chiller, Air Cooled 2 Model: YCAV024SA46VABBX SN: SNRM423130 610742 Chiller, Air Cooled 1 Model: YCAV024SA46VABBX SN: SNRM42390 Hours of Operation: The Contractor shall perform all work during regular working hours. Regular working hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday excluding Federal Holidays. The VA recognizes the following holidays: New Year s Day Martin Luther King Day President s Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Columbus Day Veterans Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day Any other day specifically designated as a holiday by the President of the United States. If a holiday falls on a Saturday, the preceding Friday is recognized as the holiday; if the holiday falls on Sunday, the following Monday is recognized as the holiday. Place of Performance: VA Chalmers P. Wylie Ambulatory Care Center (VA ACC), 420 N. James Road, Columbus, OH 43219-1834. Section 2: Competency of Personnel Servicing Equipment The Contractor shall have in its employment at all times a sufficient number of Field Service Technicians (FSTs) to perform PM services. All work shall be performed by Fully Qualified and competent FSTs.
