- NOTE:� SOLICITATION TO BE ISSUED UNDER FAR PART 15 UTILIZING NEGOTIATION PROCEDURES.� DLA Land & Maritime is preparing to issue solicitation # SPE7LX22R0003 under FAR Part 15 Negotiation. The Government intends to award a five-year Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The acquisition will include a population of one National Stock Number (NSN). The firm-fixed price five-year LTC will be structured with a 3-year Base and two one-year Option periods. The solicitation will be issued on an �All or None� basis, being awarded to the �best value� offeror for the item. This acquisition is being pursued to provide continued or improved supply availability. This procurement will be solicited as Unrestricted. The solicitation will reflect Inspection/Acceptance at Destination, F.O.B. at Origin.� The solicitation will be for the procurement of one (1) NSN: 2815-016592579���������������� Kit, Service���������� ESSEX ELECTRO ENGINEERS, INC. 21269 P/N C574-1081 ���� ������������������������������������������������������������������������� CUMMINS INC. 7SLP5 P/N CV52053 The NSN will be procured by code and part numbers. The RFP will be available at the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) website at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the approximate issue date of 22 December 2021 or thereafter. NOTE:� Due to system constraints, it may take as long as three business days from the stated date for the solicitation to post to DIBBS.� Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance and offered delivery and potentially other factors. An award may be made to other than the lowest-priced, technically-acceptable, responsible offeror(s).
