Description

This is a notice of intent to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and (ii) to K9 Storm Inc.,168 Bannatyne Ave., Winnipeg, MB R3B 0R5, Canada, for K9 Storm (brand name) Intruder Integrated Camera System and Receiver. K9 Storm has no resellers or distributors and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) has a requirement for canine protective equipment, and although this is a product purchase it is covered under services NAICS code 512110 Motion Picture and Video Production . If your company can provide K9 Storm brand canine protective equipment, contact the Contracting Officer, Jim Huff, at James.Huff@atf.gov or (202) 648-9117 no later than Thursday, December 23rd, 11:00 am EST.� No other brand will be considered for this procurement. The estimated total dollar value of this contract is $54,096.00.
