Description

This is a Special Notice. The U.S. Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), intends to award a sole source Purchase Order to Research International for ASAP II Mail Suite Consumables pursuant to FAR 13.302, Purchase Orders. All communication regarding this posting shall be in writing and received on or before 10:00am (ET) Decemeber 9,2021. Point of contact is Naomi Collier at Naomi.Collier@usdoj.gov. The proposed order is for consumable supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with Research International, 17161 Beaton Rd. SE, Monroe, WA 98272. A redacted version of the approved Limited Sources Documentation is attached to this Notice. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334511. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. This is not a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Any source capable of providing the supplies and interested in submitting a capability statement may do so electronically to Naomi.Collier@usdoj.gov.
