Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W9124D21Q6442 and amendment 0001 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses which are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside with associated NAICS code of 722310 Food Service Contractors and small business size standard of $41.5 million. Contract Line Items (CLINs) are listed and described within the attached solicitation. The contractor shall provide boxed meals, as specified herein, for the Armed Forces applicants processing at the Knoxville Military Entrance Processing Station (MEPS). The Knoxville MEPS is located at 710 Locust Street Suite# 600, Knoxville, Tennessee, 37922. The contractor shall provide services every Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays and training days scheduled by the MEPS, as well as a maximum of 28 Saturdays annually, for a total estimated 264 days per year. Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition and any addenda contained within this notice. Evaluation procedures are described in attached addenda. Offerors are to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with their offer. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and any addenda contained within this notice. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and any addenda contained within this notice and/or additional FAR clauses cited within this clause are applicable to the acquisition.
