Description

The Purpose of this Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W25G1V-22-R-0015 is to extend the solicitation closing date until 15 DEC 2021 at 10:00 AM EST Solicitation W25G1V-22-R-0015 is restricted to: TC Machine Design, Inc, 3111 S. Shannon St., Santa Ana, California, under the authority of 10 United States Code 2304(c)(1) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.5 and FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. TDP of the assembly and mechanical components of the M139 Volcano Mine Dispenser Launcher Rack, NSN 1095-01-259-9080, to include both a 3- dimensional computer-aided design (CAD) model as well as the associated 2- dimensional drawings.
