Description: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), VISN 8 Network Contracting Office, Bay Pines VA Health Care System (BPVAHCS), 10,000 Bay Pines Blvd, Bay Pines, Florida 33744, intends to award a sole source contract to Jewish National Health, 1400 Jackson Street, Denver Colorado 80206. �This proposed contract action is to provide Acid Fast Bacilli (AFB) susceptibility testing. This testing is to� provide critical analysis in the determination of the course of a patient�s antibiotic therapy. �The period of performance will be for one (1) base and four (4) option years.�
