Proposal Due Date: 29 December 2021, 12:00 PM Central Time. Email proposals to the contracting officer and contract specialist at samuel.j.colton.civ@army.mil and jeffery.d.harris.civ@army.mil in accordance with the Solicitation instructions. The Mission Installation Contracting Command � Installation Readiness Center (MICC-IRC) has a requirement from Army Sustainment Command (ASC) to procure Full Food Services (FFS) under the Army Food Program to provide quality services in support of the installation food service program that supports the Warfighter with flexible, efficient and cost effective service.� The service outlined encompasses dining facility management functions, to include food receiving and storage, food preparation, food serving, remote site feeding, and facility sanitation duties for the dining facility located at Fort Meade, Maryland. The contractor will be required to provide all resources, except Government Furnished Property (GFP) as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The procurement is set-aside for eligible Small Businesses under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 722310, Food Service Contractors, with a size standard of $41.5 million with a provision that the requirement is subject to the Randolph-Sheppard Act (R-SA) and gives preference to the State Licensing Agency (SLA). �Solicitation amendments will be posted to the beta.sam.gov website at https://beta.sam.gov/. �Offerors are responsible for checking the website for updates/amendments to any and all documents. �Interested parties must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) website at https://sam.gov/SAM/
