All items should be shipped to Bay Pines. The carts will need to be cataloged (tagged) and inventoried before it is put into service. They can be shipped to Ft. Meyers from Bay Pines. Q2. Quantity is shown as thirty (10), and I know it is for 10 do you need to correct the SON? A2. The quantity should be ten. Q3. 5 consecutive years of Preventative Maintenance service was not initially quoted should we eliminate this portion, or do you want a new line item shown on B.2 Price/Cost Schedule? A4. Yes, it can be eliminated.
