Description
The National Park Service, Interior Regions 3/4/5, Ohio Major Acquisition Buying Office, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFQ/RFP) for the Bailey House Shoring and Bracing project Indiana Dunes National Park in Porter, IN. Work will consist of providing all labor, materials, tools and other equipment necessary to brace and shore the historic Bailey House in accordance with the attached statement of work and associated drawings SOLICITATION NUMBER: 140P6422Q0005. TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a firm-fixed price contract expected to be awarded to a prime contractor by early March 2022. Service Contract Wage Requirements for Porter County, IN will apply. EVALUATION FACTORS: Technical, Past Performance, and Price. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) CODE CLASSIFICATION and SET ASIDE: The NAICS Code is 236990, and the size standard is $16.5 million. This project is set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses. SITE VISIT: An organized site visit has been scheduled for January 19, 2022 at 0900 CST. The meeting location is 1100 Mineral Springs Road, Porter Indiana 46304. All vendors will travel to the project location guided by the park point of contact. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend the scheduled site visit to inspect the site and to ensure they fully understand the requirement and conditions that may affect the cost of the project, specifications, and performance. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation. REGISTRATIONS: In order to be awarded a contract, an offeror must have a DUNS number. Also, the offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), website at http://www.sam.gov, and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications at the time of the solicitation close date once the solicitation is posted.
