- Description
- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only a solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number 140R2022Q0001 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 22-01, effective 12-06-2021. (iv) This acquisition is a Total Small Business set aside. The NAICS code is 541620 and the size standard is $16.5 million. (v) The contract line items are listed in the Price Schedule (Attachment 1) of the solicitation package. The intent is to award a Time-and-Materials contract. Please refer to FAR Provision 52.216-31, Time-and-Materials/Labor-Hour Proposal Requirements-Commercial Item Acquisition. (vi) This requirement is to obtain Contractor services that include environmental compliance and permitting for archaeology investigations, cultural resources records reviews, field surveys, geoarchaeological investigations, reporting, and additional documentation, such as Historic Property Treatment Plans, Discovery Plans, Monitoring Plans, Data Recovery Plans, Agreement Documents, and other cultural resources related to compliance with Section 106 in support of the San Joaquin River Restoration Program. (vii) The period of performance is five years with a base and four options, starting on February 16, 2022. (viii) The provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors�Commercial Products and Commercial Services. applies to this acquisition. The quote package will consist the vendor�s pricing information along with the documents required at FAR Provision 52.212-2. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation�Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. (x) The provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications�Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. (xi) The clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions�Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. There is no addendum to this clause. (xii) The clause 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders�Commercial Products and Commercial Services, applies to this acquisition. The applicable clauses cited within this clause are indicated in the solicitation package. (xiii) All additional contract clauses and provisions are included in the attached solicitation package. (xiv) The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) do not apply to this acquisition. (xv) Quotes are due January 14, 2022 by 5:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time) and should be emailed to dseggay@usbr.gov.
