Description: The U.S. Embassy in The Hague and Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO)�have a requirement to replace the obsolete and inoperative Automatic Fuel Tank�(AFT) monitoring the Underground Storage Tanks (UST) with a system utilizing�state-of the art technology.
