Description

The Arkansas Army National Guard, Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock AR 72199 hereby gives notice of intent to award a purchase to EC-Council, 101C Sun AVE NE, Albuquerque, New Mexico 87109 (Cage Code:5C6W0) on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(i), only one source reasonably available and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.� This requirement will support the Army National Guard Professional Education Center and will provide CEH 3 Item Bundle RPS Exam Vouchers for a total of 70 vouchers NAICS Code 511130 (book publisher) and PSC Code 6910 (Training Aids). This Notice of Intent is not a request for competive quotes.� However, all responsbile sources may submit a capability statement.
