Description: NOTICE OF INTENT TO DIRECT AWARD TO WESTOVER CLUB The 439th Contracting Flight at Westover Air Reserve Base (WARB) has a requirement to provide meals for the enlisted personnel assigned to the 439th Airlift Wing during inactive duty training periods. This includes unit training assemblies (UTA) and special tours when the member is not receiving Basic Allowance for Subsistence (BAS) for their tour of duty. Under FAR 17.500(a) and 31 U.S.C 1535, it's in the Government's best interest for WARB to enter into an agreement with Westover Club, which is operated by the Department of the AIr Force.� Period of Performace: 01 February 2022 - 31 January 2027
