- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 7 hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to JMG Veteran Contracting LLC at 7235 E Hampton Ave Ste 111, Mesa Arizona 85209-3332. The contract is expected to be awarded under VAAR 819.7007 permitting sole source awards to SDVOSBs based on 38 U.S.C. 8127(c). Vendor shall provide one modular pharmacy cleanroom that is USP 797/800 compliant for a six-month base with the option to extend the contract up to six months. The contractor will be responsible for performance in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, which includes, but is not limited to, the equipment commissioning, delivery and set-up within 10 business days of contract award; all maintenance, service, and repairs; and decommissioning within 14 business days of contract expiration. NAICS: 532490, Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing (SBA Size Standard $35.0 Million) This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than January 28, 2022, 3:00 PM, EST. A determination not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO 7 will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice of intent. Only written responses will be considered. All responses from responsible sources will be fully considered. As a result of analyzing responses to this notice of intent, the Government shall determine if a solicitation will be issued. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) in order to be eligible for award. All interested parties shall submit clear and convincing documentation demonstrating their capabilities to satisfy the requirements listed above to Lasonja Harvey by email at lasonja.harvey@va.gov. Capability documentation should include general information and technical background describing in detail the prospective contractor's capabilities and experience that will demonstrate the ability to support this requirement.
