- The Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center, Pacific (NIWC Pacific) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Computer Protection Technology, Inc. The requirement is for the purchase of the following: 80 units: UPS 12-490MR Replacement C &D Dynasty Battery Freight-In Install, removal, and disposal This notice of intent is not a request for quote. A determination by the government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the government. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered. Acquisition of Commercial Items under FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisitions Procedures under FAR Part 13 apply. The applicable NAICS Code is 335911 and the size standard is 1,250 employees.
