- SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE AEX Radio Frequency (RF) Electrosurgical Generator The Department of Veterans Affairs William Jennings Bryan Dorn VAMC 6439 Gardner s Ferry Road Columbia, SC 29209 seeks interested sources to supply AEX Radio Frequency (RF) Electrosurgical Generator as described on the attached PRICE/COST SCHEDULE Document. This requirement will be 100% set-aside for SDVOSB. Only Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) Vendor Information Pages (VIP) VetVipBiz verified SDVOSB firms responses will be review. These items will be needed in March of 2022. Vendors will not receive formal notification or feedback on any information submitted in this Sources Sought Notice. All future/proposed submissions/solicitations requirements solicited on a Government Point of Entry (GPE) will be evaluated independent of any information submitted in response to this Sources Sought Notice. No vendor will be provided information on solicitations issued on a Government Point of Entry based on this Sources Sought Notice. The procurement has a potential requirement for AEX Radio Frequency (RF) Electrosurgical Generator relative to anticipated NAICS 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing with a Small Business Size standard of 1,000 Employees.
