- Public Notice of Solicitation General Information Solicitation Number:��EQ2PT-22-0004 Title:�Appraisal Reports for FY2025 Fair Annual Rental Rates in Upstate New York�� (Buffalo, Albany, Utica, Ogdensburg) Posted Date:��02/03/2022 Current Response Date:� 02/18/2022 (12:00PM EST)� Current Archive Date:� 02/18/2022� NAICS Code: 531320 - Offices of Real Estate Appraisers Contracting Office Address� General Services Administration, Public Building Service (PBS), Region 2, Simplified Acquisition Branch 225 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, NY, 11201 Description In accordance with FAR 5.101 (a) (2), when the expected amount exceeds $10,000 but not $25,000, this notice shall constitute the Contracting Officer providing an unclassified notice of solicitation displayed in a public place for the following requirement: The General Services Administration, Public Building Service, Region 2, intends to issue a request for proposal as a Total Small Business Set-Aside under the authority of FAR 19.502-2.��This requirement is to provide appraisal services to estimate the Fair Annual Rent (FAR) Rate for the four (4) listed GSA buildings/facilities in Upstate New York: James T. Foley US Post Office and Courthouse in Albany � Alexander Pirnie Federal Building in Utica Robert H. Jackson Courthouse in Buffalo Robert McEwen Custom House in Ogdensburg. The contractor shall, for each subject building; (A) appraise Office space, Warehouse space, or both, for the Fair Annual Rent (FAR) Rate as outlined in guidelines and instructions using the PDF files enclosed with the solicitation. One complete appraisal (workbook and narrative report) is required for each subject building within the unit. The �FAR Appraisal Form Report� must be filled out as appropriate, and conclude with a rent rate expressed as the FAR Rate per BOMA, Rentable Square Foot, and (B) appraise either, Indoor parking, Outdoor parking, or both, for the Fair Annual Rent Rate for Parking using the same workbook, and based on the guidelines and instructions that follows, to ultimately provide a parking rent rate, per space, per year for Indoor (Structured), and Outdoor (Surface) parking facilities. More detailed requirements will be provided in the solicitation.
