Description
�Pre-Solicitation notice update to inform of the�upcoming�Solicitation SPE300-22-R-001. �This is the synopsis Language for SPE300-22-R-0001 �Wisconsin and surrounding Areas. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support Subsistence Directorate intends to solicit for Prime Vendor support for the customers in Wisconsin, surrounding regions, and other federally funded agencies. Requirements include various quantities of Subsistence items from the 8900 Federal Catalog or their commercial equivalents. The estimated dollar value of this contract is $21,000,000 with�a total�maximum dollar value for this procurement�of�$42,000,000 for the entire contract, and a �$2,100,000 guaranteed minimum. �The Period of Performance for this contractis�five (5) years with 3 tier periods. The tier periods consist of 24 months in tier one (1), and two (2) consecutive eighteen month periods in tiers two (2) and tier three (3) ��(Note: up to 45 days start up/implementation after award which is inclusive of tier period one (1)). The resultant award will be a Fixed-Price contract subject to Economic Price Adjustment (EPA). The items will be delivered approximately� up to forty-five (45) days after the date of award. The acquisition will be Full and Open Competition �unrestricted�. Customers will be provided delivery on a ""just in time"" basis. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered by this agency. The proposals received in response to this solicitation will be evaluated using Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedures and a contract will be awarded to a Prime Vendor based on that criteria. Offerors MUST be able to interface with the Government�s established transaction package and support Electronic Data Interchange transaction sets listed in the solicitation. Errors in proposals will not be corrected by DLA personnel. The Request for Proposal (RFP) will be posted on �DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ �as RFP # SPE300-22 R-0001. This solicitation is scheduled to be posted in February, 2022.
