Description
Combined Synopsis/Solicitation The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), Office of Marine and Aviation Operations/Marine Operations Center � Pacific requires a replacement Zodiac MILPRO Sponson collar and self-righting bag for a 22� Zodiac Hurricane 638 Fast Rescue Boat. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation number NM-AN2120-22-00518 is issued as a firm fixed price, commercial, request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-03. (iv) The NAICS code for this acquisition is 336612, Inflatable Rubber Boats, Heavy Duty, Manufacturing, with a small business size of 1,000 Employees. This procurement is set aside for small businesses. (v) Line items are as follows: CLIN 1: Provide a new OEM Zodiac replacement sponson collar and self-righting bag compatible with a 22� Zodiac Hurricane 638 Fast Rescue Boat, delivered to the Marine Operations Center � Pacific in Newport, Oregon; per the SON. (vi) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired:� The NOAA Marine Operations Center � Pacific; Small Boat Program requires the following replacement parts for a 22� Zodiac Hurricane 638 Fast Rescue Boat: Replacement Sponson Collar/Tubeset and related components for 638 Fast Rescue Boat, hull identification number XDC66398A212. Specifications and part numbers for needed parts are listed in the Statement of Need. (vii) Vendors will need to be authorized/capable of obtaining OEM replacement parts for Zodiac MILPRO fast response/fast rescue boats. (viii) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance. Delivery by 09/01/22 NOAA Marine Operations - Small Boat Program C/O Marine Operations Center - Pacific 2002 SE Marine Science Dr Newport, OR 97365 (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors�Commercial, applies to this acquisition without addenda. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation�Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.� Please see attached Terms and Conditions for specific evaluation criteria.
