- Description
- The USDA Forest Service, Procurement & Property Services (PPS), on behalf of the Enterprise Program, is conducting market research to determine interest in providing heavy equipment rentals to the delivery location of Kapapapuhi Point Park, Ewa Beach, HI 96706. This requirement is for contractor to provide equipment rental for the Honouliuli Estuary Restoration Implementation Project located in Kapapapuhi Point Park. The equipment is to be provided on a rental basis to the State of Hawaii & the Pacific Southwest Region of the Forest Service. The equipment will be operated by Forest Service/Government personnel. The type of rental equipment needed is as follows: Two Excavators, 43,000-57,000 lbs. With Hydraulic Cutting Head Attachment and Thumb and Bio-Degradable Hydraulic Oil Conversion. Two Excavators, 20,000 lbs. With Brush Grapple Attachment and Bio-Degradable Hydraulic Oil Conversion. Two Brush Removal Trucks, 30 CY Dump or Greater. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 532412 Size Standard: $35 Million, and the Classification code is W038. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This notice does NOT constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. No formal solicitation document exists at this time. The Government will not pay for any information solicited. Interested parties should submit with their response the following information: Company name and DUN # POC information Business size and socio-economic classification (for example Small Business or VOSB) A statement that confirms your business does in fact rent the needed equipment as listed above.
