- Description
- The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Safer Federal Workplace Task Force COVID-19 workplace safety protocols calls for a daily attestation from contractors to COR in writing that all on-site contractor employees are following the guidance from the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force, meaning either they have been fully vaccinated, or they have had a negative COVID-19 test within the last three calendar days at the point of presenting the document. Effective February 14, 2022, the daily attestation will now be done weekly. For example, instead of sending an attestation to the COR for the Monday, February 14, 2022, on Friday, February 11, 2022, the attestation sent on Friday will be for the entire week of Monday, February 14 through Friday, February 18, 2022. This essentially reduces the number of times a contractor will send the attestation to just once weekly no later than 12:00 pm (noon) local time each Friday immediately preceding the week contractor employees will need on-site access. Apart from the foregoing, every aspect of the workplace safety protocols will remain unchanged and in full effect. If you have questions regarding the foregoing, please contact your HUD Contracting Officer. See revised Attestation Form attached.
