- The Network Contracting Office-8, Orlando Veterans Affairs Healthcare System, intends to solicit and award for a Radiofrequency Ablation Machine with cooled lesion capability, to the Caribbean VA Healthcare System facility in San Juan, Puerto Rico. The performance period for this contract will be from the date of award to the date of completion. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 339113, with a related small business size standard of 1,000 employees. The proposed action is for Firm-Fixed Price purchase order is an unrestricted solicitation. The solicitation will be posted on or about February 9, 2021, via the beta.sam.gov website. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-07, September 10, 2021. It is the responsibility of the quoter to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates, or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for this award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, www.sam.gov.
