- This project is for a Firm-fixed Price Initial Outfitting and Transition (IO and T) Supply Contract for the Medical Center Addition and Alteration (MCAA) at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center (WRNMMC), located at Naval Support Activity Bethesda Campus, Bethesda, MD., and follows a DBB project for this location. Transition is expected to include 520 personnel (estimated). The planned renovations and additions to WRNMMC are intended to provide wounded warriors, active-duty military personnel and their families with world-class healthcare services based on the principles of evidence-based design. This phase plan envisions 124,050GSF of renovations to currently occupied spaces, demolition of approximately 332,000GSF of aging and inefficient buildings and construction of 590,000 GSF state of the art medical services building that will address the facility deficiencies identified by the Defense Health Board. *Visit 'https://piee.eb.mil/sol/xhtml/unauth/search/oppMgmtLink.xhtml?solNo=W9127S22R6001' to obtain more details.*
