- MH-60 Training Systems Follow-On Support for Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) �������������������������������������������������� Sources Sought Announcement INTRODUCTION: The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD), Orlando, FL seeks potential sources to perform onsite maintenance of RSNF MH-60R training systems; perform RSNF MH-60R pilot and sensor/operator ground training; support, operate and update RSNF MH-60R training devices; update RSNF MH-60R courseware and associated training materials; and perform continuous baseline integration of MH-60R Platform updates. This effort will include the development and maintenance of a Trainer Software Integration Laboratory (TSIL). It is anticipated that any contract action associated with this notice will result in a single award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with mainly Firm Fixed Price (FFP) line items and the possibility of some Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) line items. The anticipated contract is expected to have a five (5) year base ordering period with an option for an additional two (2) year ordering periods. The anticipated contract ceiling is currently estimated at $35M. The targeted timeframe for solicitation release is Q4 FY22 with an award in Q2 FY23. It is anticipated that a Task Order (TO) and three Delivery Orders (DO) will be utilized to evaluate potential offerors on their ability to meet potential requirements that will be completed under the IDIQ, two sample DOs and an actual TO and DO awarded right after award. Responses received for this notice will be utilized to assist the government in making a determination whether to set-aside this acquisition for Small Business or if the acquisition will be competed on a full and open basis.
