Description

The US Army Medical Research and Development Command (USAMRDC) and the US Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA), in support of the US Army Medical Research Institute of Chemical Defense (USAMRICD), intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price (FFP) solicitation W81XWH22R0005 for the development of a electrochemical sensor based on molecular imprinted polymers (MIPs) technology by expanding a ChemDX platform that is already available. The authority for the sole source justification and other than full and open competition procedures will be in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Only One Responsible Source. This annoucement fulfills the synopsis requirements in FAR 5.203(a).� Interested concerns must identify their capability in writing (formats for submission: PDF, MS Word, or MS Excel) to Ms.Erin Maddox at erin.j.maddox.civ@mail.mil no later than 2022 February 16 at 8:00AM� Eastern Standard Time (New York).� This Notice of Intent (NOI) is not a request for competitive quotations however, the Government will consider all responses received.� The Government will not be responsbile for any cost incurred in preparation of a respose or quotation.� Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct subsequent competitive procurements. Reference the attached Sole Source Justification.
