Description
PLEASE READ THIS NOTICE CAREFULLY AS IT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY NOTICE THAT WILL BE PUBLISHED. The Government Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) intends to negotiate a one-time sole source contract with Philips North America LLC, Software upgrade for DHA MEDCOI for Phillips Monitoring system currently at NMCP.�The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106 (b) (1) (I). This notice will distributed solely through the General Services Administration�s Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) Website( httpS://beta.Sam.gov/)�System to include software and equipment are the Phillips Monitoring system and need to be upgraded from BUMED to DHA ownership.��The�� Service networks to the DHA?managed Medical Community of Interest AM (Med?�COI) enclave within the MHSI Network.����AM (Med?COI) is the single, secure, inter?operable network enclave for joint Department of Defense (DoD) medical community communications and information technology (IT) operations. The AM (Med?COI) enclave is compliant with the Joint Information Environment Single Security Architecture and also provides segregation from Non?classified Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNet) to support seamless interoperability with business and mission partners. The Application Migration effort is to migrate DHA clinical applications into that the AM (Med? COI) enclave in preparation for the deployment of DHMSM�s iEHR.��Further Phillips REV B is no longer supported since its WINDOWS 7 and is not compatible with the DHA MDI Genesis installation.���REV C is required to meet the DHA MEDCOI requirement to work with Genesis.��With this said, no other vendor can install software to make the transition and requires the manufacture to update their software to meet the DHA Medco requirement.� Tis notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation, however, interested parties may identify interests and capability to respond to this requirement to this office by 4:00 pm Monday February 14 2022 by e-mailing Richard Gibbs, Contract Specialist at Richard.a.gibbs4.civ@mail.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract base upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
