Description

The Rochester Pier Repair Project consists of, not limited to furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform work on this project. The NAICS is 237990 Size Standard is $39,500,00 The Government intends to award one Firm FIxed-Price Contract See Section 01 35 13 Part 1.2.1 and FAR clause 52.211-10 for Period of Performance The estimated magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. The Construction Wage Determination (WD) is attached The Bid Guarantee is required, See FAR 52.228-1 Bids will be submitted through SAFE, please see instructions to offerors. Bid Modification recieved by facsimile will not be considered. Please see Instructions to Bidders for information on pre-bid meetings and Bid Submission instructions.��
