The Government proposes to acquire, on Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), One-time Buy (OTB) contract a quantity of 500 each of an ARM ASSY, FLIGHT CON, NSN: 1680-01-165-6775, Part Number: 7-311511161, applicable to the BJ, AH-64 Apache weapon system. Production Lead Time (PLT) with First Article Testing (FAT) is 1763 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to DODAAC: W25G1U for New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002. PLT without FAT is 1175 DACA deliveries to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002.� This item is restricted to The Boeing Company, CAGE: 8V613; solicit 48T42. The technical data for this part has undergone full screening per the DFARS PGI 217.7506, Spare Parts Breakout Program. The assigned AMC/AMSC is 3D. This item will be acquired for the second or subsequent time directly from the actual manufacturer as indicated. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. As a result, this acquisition is currently being procured under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2) having only a limited number of responsible sources. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by emailing inquiries to: usarmy.redstone.devcomavmc.mbx.amr-m-sar@army.mil All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
