Description: Test approximately 200 Coconino National Forest employees� during the spring onboarding season of 2022.�� The contractor shall provide a fully equipped mobile testing unit. See Schedule of Items and Statement of Work.� If possible provide a option pricing. Service MUST be proformed on dates listed in the SOW. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract award to the lowest price with techical acceptable (LPTA) .� The key element will be the dates listed on the SOW.� Payment IPP
